Refund Policy

We want every YuzPet order to be handled clearly and fairly. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it has been confirmed, processed, or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or agreed by YuzPet.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
