Shipping Policy
YuzPet accepts orders for the destinations available in the Country / Region selector at checkout. Shipping to mainland China and to destinations not listed at checkout is currently unavailable. Enter your full address to confirm the available shipping method before ordering. Delivery time varies by destination and local conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are usually reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after submission. If we need to confirm product availability or delivery details, we may contact you by email before the order is finalized.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is currently available for supported checkout destinations. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to confirm eligibility and the available shipping method. Destinations not available in the checkout country list are not supported.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and selected shipping method. International shipping may take longer due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email address provided with your order after the package has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
